How are check-in and check-out regulated? Check-in is from 4 pm on the day of arrival. For a late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) a fee of 80 € will be charged. The checkout can be done until 10 am.

Can I smoke in the finca? Smoking is not allowed inside our fincas without exception. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the fincas. Please make sure to put the waste you produce in the bins provided. Help us to maintain the exceptional feel-good character of the fincas.

Can I bring pets? Please clarify the bringing of pets at the registration.

Is there a minimum rental period? The minimum rental period is: - in low season 4 nights - in the high season (01.05. - 30.09.) 7 nights For bookings of more than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service and a change of bed linen is included in the price.

How is the booking process? By completing the reservation process through our website or by phone, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation receipt by mail. We will then create and send you an invoice as a booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the invoice, a deposit is due, which you should transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is complete. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the start of the trip.

Do I have to show identification when I arrive? Due to the legal regulations in Spain we are obliged to register all persons staying overnight. For this we need from each guest an identification document (identity card or passport).

How does the house handover take place? About 4 weeks before your arrival we will contact you and inform you about the exact location (Google Map Link) and arrival details. Furthermore, you will receive the contact details for the check-in.

Who will take care of me on site in case of problems? If you have any questions or requests about the house or beyond, please always contact the house manager who handed over the house to you. (Es Clape) Size: 15 x 4 m Water depth: sloping to max. 1,80 m Are the pools heated all year round ? In autumn to spring the pools can be heated extra for an extra charge. The cost depends on the heating period (days) - a flat rate of 60,00 € is charged per day. How are the pools cleaned ? The pool water is cleaned with chlorine. What sports facilities are available ? Can Ferragut: putting and chipping (without equipment) Es Clape: beach volleyball court Do the fincas have heating and cooling systems ? All sleeping and living areas are equipped with air conditioners. The use is free of charge. Heating in the finca Can Ferragut is done by radiators, in the finca Es Clape by underfloor heating. Are there baby cribs and high chairs for small children on site ? There are 2 baby cribs and 2 high chairs in each finca. More on request. One baby crib is provided free of charge. Each additional one you will get for an extra charge of 50,00 €. Can additional towels and bed linen be provided ? Additional sets include a blanket, two pillowcases and three towels and are 30,00€. Are the fincas equipped with TV sets ? All bedrooms and living rooms have a flat screen TV with German channels. Do the fincas have wireless music systems ? Both fincas have Bluetooth speaker boxes and outdoor speakers from BOSE. Chargers are available on site. Is there a barbecue? Both fincas have a mobile gas grill on the terrace. Are there hair dryers on site ? There is one hairdryer per bathroom in both fincas. Are there lockable safes ? Both fincas have a lockable safe. How often are the rooms cleaned ? For bookings of up to 9 nights a 6-hour house cleaning costs 150,00€ and a change of bed linen 22,00€ / room. For bookings of 10 nights or more, a 6-hour house cleaning and one change of bed linen per week is included in the price. Can the fincas be booked for events ? Both Fincas can be booked for events on request. Can Ferragut: maximum up to 50 guests Es Clape: maximum up to 25 guests Do I have to pay an additional tourist tax ? No, the tourist tax is already included in the rental price. What are the cancellation conditions ? For cancellations up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival, there are no extra charges. Cancellations between 89 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 25%, between 59 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 50%, between 29 and 6 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 80% and from 5 days before the scheduled arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the package price, including service and treatments. The balance (75%) is to be paid 30 days before the start of the booking. All prices include IVA, electricity and final cleaning.
